The CLF 3-column layout our requires 3 css files. The clf-required-fixedwidth.css, the clf-typography.css, and the clf-optional.css.

This sample page includes the main menu and the bread crumb navigation structure under the header. It also includes the subfooter just about the CLF mandatory footer. These are optional, and can be safely removed from the mark-up without affecting the 3-column structure.
